We do not require a deposit when booking your appointment! You will only be charged once your service has been completed.
We have a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, there is no guarantee we will be able to see you, but our team will help you reschedule for the soonest available time.
