What is a walk-in appointment?
A walk in appointment is when you can walk into our studio at any point during our operating hours and request a piercing service, jewelry change, checkup, or downsize appointment.
*Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any teen walk-in appointments at our TX, FL, SC, TN locations!
How Does the Check In Process Work for Walk In Appointments?
When you arrive at the studio, the team will welcome and guide you to where they will start your check in process!
To start, we’ll scan your valid ID (don’t forget to bring one!) and provide you an estimated wait time.
Some of our studios will provide you with a buzzer that will alert you right when it’s your turn.* Once your buzzer sends you the alert, you’ll return to the check-in area in our studio. You’ll fill out our waiver on your mobile device, and then one of our piercers will start to conduct your personalized consultation and piercing service.
*Please note if you are not in the studio when you receive the buzzer notification the Studio team will not be able to hold your spot in line and will move on to the customer who is after you in the queue. If you miss your time slot, the Studio team can assist you in rejoining the queue.
