We typically ask for 1 to 3 business days for our team to pack and ship your full order. During promotional or holiday periods, your order will ship within 7 business days.
Guaranteed Holiday Delivery:
While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (such as bad weather, strike, carrier rescheduling or restrictions, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, or incorrect shipping address). Offer only applies for items indicated. Offer does not apply to shipments to PO boxes, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses, or international orders.
Please reach out to your selected carrier for any shipping issues you are experiencing before contacting us so we can better troubleshoot your issue!
Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
Orders placed before 12pm EST should ship the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.
*All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery

Order Modification:
Our fulfillment team works hard to get your orders out ASAP! If the order has not yet been processed, our team may be able to cancel it for you. For assistance, you can email us at heystud@studs.com or contact us HERE).
If your order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, you can return it by printing out a prepaid return label HERE for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.
Please note that our team is unable to modify orders, only cancel, and we cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order.
Extended Holiday Returns:
Orders placed from November 1st, 2024 until December 31st, 2024 are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2025.

Non-Returnable Items:
Non-returnable items are listed as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. We let you know an item is final sale by noting it in the item's description.
