For minors only in TX, SC, FL, or TN, a copy of a government issued ID must be uploaded during the online booking process. *Failure to provide will result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled within our studio.
Examples of Government Issued IDs for Minors in TX, SC, TN, &FL:
Photo IDs:
Valid Driver's License or Permit
Valid Passport
Valid State Issued ID
Valid US Green Card
Valid Tribal ID
Non-Photo IDs:
Birth Certificate
Please come prepared to your teen piercing appointment with your waiver, that was filled out and emailed to you during the booking process, opened on your phone and ready to be presented to our studio team :)
For Teen/Minor piercings, in states other than TX, SC, FL, and TN, we do not require a valid government ID from the minor. We only require an ID from the legal parent or guardian.
