Yes! Studio purchases can be returned or exchanged online through our returns portal here: https://returns.studs.com/#/
To process your in-store return, you’ll need your Order Number and either the Email Address or Phone Number associated with the order.
Don’t know your order number? No problem! Reach out to us at heystud@studs.com and our team can help retrieve it!
Return options & fees:
- Returns to your original form of payment include a handling fee (unless Return Coverage was purchased at checkout)
- Exchanges and returns for store credit are free
- In-studio returns are always free
We offer refunds or exchanges for fashion jewelry within 21 days of purchase.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Free of damage or signs of wear
- In original condition
- In original packaging
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Piercing jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
For online returns, your return will be processed within 5 business days from the time it’s received at our warehouse. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
